Deletes the following files

Deletes itself.

Executes the following

- '%WINDIR%\syswow64\cmd.exe'
- '%WINDIR%\syswow64\cmd.exe' del "%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil.exe"
